Bio

With over 25 years of guitar experience and 10 years of teaching, I bring a deep mix of knowledge, technical skill, and genuine passion to every lesson. I hold a Music Technology degree from Queen’s University Belfast and have spent the last 20 years performing live across Ireland with various rock and metal bands.

This combination of academic training and real stage experience allows me to teach not just how to play an instrument, but how to play like a musician—with confidence, expression, and solid technique.

Students can expect relaxed, supportive lessons tailored to their age, level and musical interests. I teach guitar, keyboards and drums using easy step-by-step methods that build confidence and real skills from the very first session.

Lessons focus on:
• Learning correct technique at a comfortable pace
• Playing real songs students enjoy
• Developing rhythm, coordination and musical understanding
• Encouraging creativity and enjoyment in every lesson

My teaching style is patient, friendly and adaptable. Whether the student is a complete beginner or already has some experience, lessons are structured to keep them motivated, progressing and having fun while learning.
