Bio

Hi! I am a freelance violinist and teacher based in Hertfordshire. I hold a BA(Hons) in Music from the University of Southampton, where I received extensive training in solo, ensemble, and orchestral performance. I have experience performing a wide range of repertoire, from classical to contemporary works, and have also studied composition and production.

I offer violin lessons for beginners through to intermediate students, whether you are preparing for exams or simply learning for fun! I also teach Music Theory up to Grade 5.

Teaching Info

I teach classical violin and Music Theory following the ABRSM syllabus; however, I aim to adapt my teaching to suit each student’s individual goals, learning style, and interests.

I recommend that younger learners start with 30-minute lessons. One-hour sessions are better suited to older teens and adults. I am also happy to teach online lessons!
