Bio
I’m an experienced singing, acting and music teacher, and a professional performer. I’m based in London, and teach both privately and also in schools.
I trained at RADA and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and have been working as an actor, singer and performer professionally for 10 years. I love teaching students everything that I learn and continue to learn in my performing life, and have a real passion to help students develop their skills and talent.
Teaching Info
I believe in creating personalised lessons for students based on their personal and professional goals; from young performers auditioning for conservatoires, to beginners just wanting to try something new for fun.
In singing lessons; I focus on developing healthy, reliable singing technique. I like to challenge students to sing across a range of styles and genres, and incorporate theory into lessons, as I believe in helping students to feel confident about themselves as singers, as well as musicians. I believe that singing lessons should be fun, and that students learn best when they feel able to develop their voices without fear of making mistakes.
In piano lessons, I focus on teaching students good technique that help to feel they a good command of the piano, and again teach across musical styles to develop their musicality and skill.
I have a full enhanced DBS certificate, and experience in teaching in schools.
