Bio

I’ve been a professional musician for 15 years, working as a performer, accompanist, coach, teacher (one to one +classroom), conductor and workshop facilitator. I’ve worked in a range of settings and bring my broad knowledge and experience into my playing. My formal training includes academic undergrad and performance postgrad in music as well as prestigious courses such as the British Isles Music Festival. With a love for the piano, I’m now focussing on accompanying.

Scholarships & accolades include Wymondham College Music Scholarship, Durham University Full College Colours (Music), Trinity Laban Conservatoire Scholarship/s (four postgrad awards) and EMI Sound Foundation sponsorship among others

Teaching Info

I am a performer and teacher with over 15 years experience, working with nearly 100 diverse students. I’m currently available as an accompanist and coach, helping students prepare for performances and exams. I’m confident meeting each student at their level and supporting them in reaching their aims through reflective practice to improve skills on their instrument, in ensemble and on the stage. Available to accompany any instrument, and particularly keen to support oboe players with their higher grades. Based between Beccles and Norwich and can travel to students house.
