Bio

Classical violin teacher with an Honours degree and a teaching Licentiate from the Royal Academy of Music. I am a passionate teacher with 5+ years of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities. I attended the Purcell School for Young Musicians, then I went on to study violin performance at the Royal Academy of Music. I have a personalised teaching style that focuses on each student’s individual goals, and I am passionate about making playing enjoyable and rewarding.

Performance experience
I have orchestral, chamber music and solo experience. I have performed in some of the UK’s top classical venues, including Cadogan Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, St John’s Smith Square and Snape Maltings with various orchestras under the baton of world-class conductors.

Teaching Info

Each of my lessons is tailored to suit the goals of my students, which might include;
– Starting your violin journey as a complete beginner of any age
-Coming back to the violin after not playing for years
-Preparation for ABRSM exams, in which I have a 100% pass rate for entering students
-Playing for enjoyment and not wanting to take exams
My lessons have a strong focus on technical and fundamental skills, which are the foundation for a successful violinist.
