I’m an experienced musician, performer and songwriter. I have a great enthusiasm for music and for passing my knowledge on to others.

As well as one to one lessons I’ve taught groups, schools and clubs.

I also play piano and drums among other instruments.

Lessons are relaxed and pressure-free.

Each session is closely tailored to the ability, preferences and taste of the student.

I’m able to teach a wide range of guitar techniques such as fingerstyle, rhythm and lead playing as well as improvisation.

Styles I specialise in are pop, blues, funk, rock and acoustic/fingerstyle.

I can also help students develop their own songs focussing on developing their creativity.
