Bio
I am a motivated, engaging violin tutor with several years experience and a BMus degree from the University of Glasgow. I am equally at home with classical violin and Scottish/Irish fiddle, having achieved numerous qualifications and awards in both.
I currently work for Big Noise as an Upper Strings Musician and am a Benedetti Foundation Ambassador, as well as teaching privately at the Glasgow School of Music.

My teaching is student-centred; I value the voice of every student I teach, and feel it is important to include their interests, goals and motivations when creating their learning path. I take pride in making fun, engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of each of my students – learning violin and progressing through technical challenges and repertoire can and should be fun!
