Bio

I have been teaching brass since the late 90’s.
I’m currently co-principal trumpet in the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and am looking for some private teaching as it’s my other passion, alongside playing.
I studied for 7 years at Chetham’s school of music followed by 4 years at the RNCM. I worked in Porto and Dublin  and have taught everywhere I have been lucky enough to work.

Teaching Info

I tailor lessons completely for the individual. Everybody is different and so are my lessons. I’m not pushy regarding exams but if they’re important to the student then I’m happy to work towards them.
Enjoyment and progress are the most inportant things for me and that’s what I like to focus on.

Work hard but have lots of fun playing. That’s all I try to do!
